was born and raised in Crown Point, Indiana, a place he has called home for most of his life. He is the President of Eat Enterprises Inc, a food service business located in Tinley Park, IL.

Along with his wife (Natalie) of 31 years, Jon spends much of his time outside of work supporting the career & athletic pursuits of their three children; a journey that continues today.

Over the past 20 years, Jon has encountered almost every imaginable challenge navigating his family through youth, high school, college, and professional sports. He’s watched all three of his children succeed and fail, while doing the same as a husband and father. He’s spent countless car rides and restless nights in hotels, wondering if all the time, effort, and money spent is worth the strain it has placed on his career, marriage, and faith. Each time, he has found himself longing for reliable resources to help his children fulfill their potential and answer all his questions as a father. Ultimately, he has come to his most important conclusion: while sport specific resources definitely would have helped, it is God’s word that is the best guide for life. That all of it, the joys and triumphs, failures and heartbreaks are gifts from God. This realization keeps it all in the proper perspective, provides him peace, and enables him to lead his family more effectively.

Creating a trusted resource to assist athletes and their parents in the pursuit of their athletic goals has provided Jon’s motivation to found Higher Power Sports Performance along with his children. He wants to pay forward all the blessings his family has been afforded through sports, and soccer specifically. Along the way, by creating a platform where he, his children, and members of their sports circle can share their faith journeys, he hopes to fulfill the Great Commission of spreading the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
