OUR MISSION
Equipping soccer athletes to elevate their game through smarter training, stronger leadership, and a faith driven community.
Performance
Pillars
We measure the effectiveness of our programs by our athlete’s competency in these four pillars.
Speed, Power, & Agility
Athletes unlock their full physical potential by building explosive speed, dynamic power, and quick, agile movement. These qualities give players the edge to consistently compete at the highest levels and thrive against any opponent.
Mental Strength & Resiliency
Confidence, composure, and adaptability become second nature. With tools that build resilience and self-belief, athletes transform challenges into opportunities for growth and performance.
Intentionality of Purpose
Training and competition are approached with clarity, focus, and discipline. By developing intentional habits and routines, athletes learn to prepare, perform, and recover in ways that maximize growth and long-term success.
Technical & Tactical Excellence
Skills and game intelligence are sharpened to elevate performance on the field. By refining technique and deepening tactical awareness, players grow into smarter, more complete competitors who elevate both their individual play and their team.
Our Story
The Henderlong’s are a midwestern, middle-class family of five from Northwest, IN. Jon & Natalie Henderlong are High School sweethearts who, after college, were married in 1994. After a short time in Houston, TX in the early 2000’s, they returned to their hometown of Crown Point, IN, where they raised their three children: Malorie, Karsen, & Kolby.
From early ages, sports were a huge part of all three children’s lives. While all participated in multiple sports through middle school, Malorie & Karsen eventually focused on soccer while Kolby has chosen basketball. All three excelled at any early age, which enabled them to compete at a very high level. In modern youth sports, this requires an inordinate amount of time, travel, and expense. For over twenty years, Jon and Natalie have spent many weekends going in opposite directions, doing their best to support their kids while maintaining some level of sanity and life balance. If you are reading this, we are sure you can relate!
We are blessed that all the time and resources spent enabled all three children to realize their goal of playing at various levels of college athletics: NCAA Division I & III and NAIA. We’ve faced the early challenges of deciding on club soccer & AAU teams. Later, it was navigating college recruitment, coaching changes, and transfer decisions. At each step, we struggled with the uncertainty of whether we were making the right choices and whom we could trust in doing so.
Through it all, our family has experienced the joy of Conference & National Championships as well as All-Conference & All-American honors. Conversely, we’ve endured the heartbreak of losing those same championships, career-ending injuries, self-doubt, and deep depression. We’ve made life-long friendships and memories with teammates and their families, but also experienced the sting of unfulfilled commitments by those we thought had our family’s best interest at heart.
While our story is still being written, we wouldn’t change anything about our experience to date. Ultimately, it has led each of us to the most important relationship in our lives: with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He has blessed our family beyond measure, and knowing Him better allows us to recognize both the joys and struggles as blessings. All praise and glory to his name.
